For apartment communities

Resident Welcome License $39 one-time per community

Give new residents a move-in welcome they will actually use. The Resident Welcome License lets one apartment community share the 12-page First Apartment Move-In Kit with its own residents, with a blank spot on the cover for your community logo.

What you get

• The 12-page undated First Apartment Move-In Kit (US Letter PDF)
• A cover with a "Your community logo here" area and a "Welcome home from" line
• A plain-English license terms PDF

What the license allows

• Use by one named community or property
• Adding your logo or property name to the cover
• Printing it for move-in packets or emailing it to current and incoming residents

It does not allow reselling, posting the files publicly, or use at other properties. Each property needs its own license.
